A new rate of VAT was first introduced on 1 January 2012 : the rate of 7%. This replaces the previous rate of 5.5% which remains in effect for some products and limited services such as basic necessities, medicines reimbursable, services to people with disabilities ... Concerning renovation of building, in specific cases, the rate of 5.5% can still be applied for benefits occurring in 2012. Contact us to find out how. Finally, on the sale of books in physical media, an exception indicates that the new 7% rate will apply only from 1 April 2012.

EVENTS
You organise some events in France or in other european countries. VAT rules have changed on 1/01/2011. You or your exhibitors can have some VAT to pay, or to be refunded.
